dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the study is to develop a mandate from the inner city community on which a renewed, tri-level inner city revitalization agreement could be based, and to identify the principles, priorities and preferred program delivery models that the inner-city community believes should shape such an agreement. The study is based on personal interviews with representatives of 100 organizations, approximately 80 percent of which are community-based organizations working in Winnipeg’s inner city. | en_US |
